- Contribution to our documentation by bringing in a fresh perspective
- Hands on experience with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Gaining familiarity with IT assets and our local IT infrastructure (network, Wi-Fi, printers, servers)
- Helping with our processes
- Communication/Selection of our vendors
- Managing employee accounts, permissions, and security policies
- Supporting hardware and software lifecycle (laptops, accessories)
- Monitoring and troubleshooting our office IT infrastructure (APs, switches, VPNs)
- Taking responsibility for the network infrastructure in the new building, including Nokia GPON administration and L2 networking
- Lead small IT improvement projects (automation, documentation, new tool roll-outs)
- Contribute to infrastructure design discussions (networks, storage, virtualization)
- Support internal security initiatives (MFA, certificates, patch management)
- Show long-term growth potential, leadership, influence, or impact
Critical hours : 10:00-15:00Required locations:
- Bratislava (On-site with occasional home-office)
- Responsible approach to work, ability to work independently
- Strong infrastructure knowledge and willingness to learn
- Experience with IT infrastructure
- HW asset management
- Networking knowledge at L2 (ideally CCNA-level) and understanding of GPON principles
- Experience with endpoint deployment and lifecycle management
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage external support (meeting room technology, SLA partners)
- Teamwork/collaboration experience and excellent communication skills
- Platforms: Windows, macOS, Linux (user and admin level)
- Networking: VLANs, VPN, APs, switches, GPON (Nokia)
- Administration Tools: Google Workspace, Atlassian, Eset admin
- Other: scripting basics (PowerShell, Bash, Python advantage)
