About the rolePurchase of materials and services, delivery dates and paymentResponsible for delivery of the goods (services) at the required time and qualityYour responsibility will be to manage the Source to Pay process: transform purchase requests into orders, solve complaints in accordance with the agreed rules with the category coordinatorWithin the scope of the assigned product/ service group, you will update SAP dataResponsible for reporting of transaction volume and cost analysis at all levelsYou will regularly report open orders after the delivery date, achieved savings and supplier delivery performanceResponsible for finding and selecting suitable suppliersPrepare, manage, monitor documentation and ensure communication with internal customers and buyers for international and complex transactionsYou will be the contact person for the supplier's business, financial and technical mattersAbout YouYou have experience in a similar job - an advantagePosition suitable also to fresh graduateKnowledge of English is on communicative level (B2 and higher)Knowledge of MS ExcelSAP or other MRP system knowledge is an advantageFlexible and willing to learn quickly and professionally growYou deal with tasks independently and responsiblyWe offerBasic salary from 1000 - 1240 EUR and more, depending on experience of candidateVariable pay (standard 15%)Average salary from 1150 - 1426 EUR monthlyWill you dare to take the next step?Join us to unlock your full potential AND have a true impact in pushing the boundaries of what is possible.We're looking for individuals who are not afraid to take risks and explore new ideas.
