E/E Engineer Junior

• Serial production support for electrical components of cabin HVAC system applications (DC blower motors (brush type, brushless type), sensors, actuators, power modules, electrical harnesses and electrical heaters)
• Project management with suppliers of electrical components in series projects
• Technical analysis of electrical components in laboratory
• Responsibility to achieve cost targets in cooperation with purchasing team
• Responsibility to achieve quality targets in cooperation with quality team for the defined work packages for all our customers
• Coordination of project milestones between program manager and supplier to achieve program timing targets
• Coordination and controlling of supplier change process
• Quality improvements (support of quality activities)
• Preparation of the technical release process in cooperation with engineering team
• Coordination and controlling of samples and validation process
• Close synergy with the product team leader

• University degree in relevant subject (electromechanical engineering/electrical engineering/ or electronics)
• Relevant technical knowledge (basics of electronic & electronic components)
• An analytical and problem-solving approach to work
• Planning and organisational skills, such as time and resource allocation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills & ability to manage priorities
• Fluent in English
