The Impact You'll MakeFor our operations in Dubnica nad Váhom, we are looking for Process Engineer that will contribute to plant manufacturing excellence by identifying and leading continuous improvement activities in product manufacturing processes.
Duties of the role would involve development and implementation of machining, CNC programming, electroplating, automation, manufacturing, and material handing processes problem solving and improvements, and other activities that affect the assigned area.What You'll Be DoingResponsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following

Investigation and analysis of production methods, processes and operations to determine manufacturing modifications that will increase production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs
Ability to evaluate manufacturing problems and prepare financial justification data and submit capital requisitions for new and improved equipment
Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing engineering function and manufacturing activities including machining, plating, assembly and test processing, CNC programming, automation, work flow, manufacturing cost control and cost reduction
Compiling pertinent cost, manpower efficiency, machine capability, space utilization, material handling, etc., to support new manufacturing methods or modification recommendation
Development and implementation of automation into the manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Industrial Automation with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an engineer
Hands on experience in Auto-Cad or other Cad modeling software
Demonstrates analytical smarts and creative thinking when creating plans and solving problems
Continuous improvement and team player mindset
Strong command of English
