We are willing to help solve problems, we have pleasant and friendly atmosphere at work.Suitable candidate will work in Network Engineering Service Delivery. This may be related to Operation of TDG cloud platforms, Incident and Change management. It also contains tasks as In-depth troubleshooting and rollout of new SW on devices.Participation on migration to Cloud Platform, working on Cisco devices, Fortinet firewall and hardware load balancers. Member of virtual team. Planned work outside of office hours can occur, but not oncall shifts are requested.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will propose and perform regular inspections and improvement recommendations.
Diagnose and resolve complex tickets or escalate complex tickets with direct/potential impact related to IT infrastructure.
Evaluate, authorize, prioritize, plan, test, implement, document and review complex changes in controlled manner or escalate to higher authority.
Assess actual performance of IT infrastructure against its predicted performance. Any deviations between the two should be understood and proactively remediated, with vendors if necessary.
Serve as technical lead to provide clear and comprehensive release and deployment plans and to assure delivery of the service in critical situations.
Deliver effective training plans and concepts to train other employees and ensure their fulfillment.
Implement new technologies/services or upgrades to existing technologies.
QualificationsYOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
Speak English at least on upper intermediate (B2) level. German language is an advantage.
Have professional experience of at least 5 years in the field and have master´s degree in information technologies.

Juniper JUNOS (QFX,MX,SRX) - required
