Job Category: Global Master Data ManagementJob Description:The MDM Analyst is a user of the Oracle database system that is supervising the activity of the item creation and is verifying the data, on the base of his knowledge of the business, maintaining the data with the aim to support the flow of the process up to the sales orders.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supporting the data maintenance/massive updates
  • Develop Item Master rules in Oracle
  • Supervise data cleansing
  • Research data to support Master Data set up in Oracle
  • Coordinate with the other EMEA organizations using a common base of rules, integrating with the current processes
  • Manage the email request of support related to the order entry statuses and completion.
  • Support the development of the activity in Oracle Cloud, participating to tests and verifications, with particular focus to the interface to Oracle Donna Production
  • Verify the process completion of the item configured by CRM-C1 (Sales Opportunities Tool)
  • Support the development of new automatic or AI tools related to Master Data Management and to Data Quality Rules
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Technical diploma/degree; finance/accounting or marketing a plus.
  • At least three years' combined experience within the business with significant experience working with engineering and database (Oracle).
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and AI tools
