· Covering all Payroll & Admin (PA) aspects by applying the legal environment and internal policies
· Initiate & lead activities that help to increase satisfaction, motivation, engagement and retention within the PA team
· Optimizing of existing Payroll&Admin processes and local implementation of new global processes
· Resolve conflicts and provides coaching and counseling on Payroll&Admin matters for individuals or groups within a defined organization or function
· Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
· Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
· Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
· Ensures compliance with state and local payroll, wages, laws and best practices.
· Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors within area of responsibility
· One point of contact in Payroll/Admin area for Head of HR OPS Slovakia
· Team support and leadership in daily operation of the team;

· Three to five years of related experience required.
· Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes
· Knowledge of attendance-process/system maintenance, personnel administration
· Knowledge of labor policy and related legislation requirements
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong supervisory and leadership skills, process improvement oriented
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Proficient with payroll/attendance software
· Change/project management skills
