Country Sales Manager

- Develop and implement sales strategy aligned with the CEE group
- Lead a sales organization of 40+ people across multiple regions
- Manage sales KPIs
- Expand customer base and manage key accounts
- Collaborate with country and group management, take part in M&A projects
- Report directly to the Country Manager, closely cooperate with operations, finance and HRPožiadavky- University degree (business, technical or similar)
- 7+ years in senior sales roles, 5+ years in people management
- Strong B2B background, ideally in services, infrastructure or public sector
- Track record in managing large teams and complex contracts
- Fluent and English (C1) - must be able to present to group-level leadership
- Willingness to travel across Slovakia and occasionally to AUSTRIABenefityBase salary according seniority level of candidate starting with €6,000 EUR / month (depending on seniority), Annual bonus: up to 33% of yearly salary
