Information about the positionJob description, responsibilities and dutiesDo you enjoy uncovering hidden issues, ensuring software works flawlessly, and shaping high-quality products?We are looking for a Software Test Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications and platforms. In this role, you will combine manual and automated testing, solve complex technical challenges, and work closely with developers, product owners, and end-users to ensure that every release meets the highest standards.What will you do? Designing test scenarios, preparing test plans with clear objectives and deliverables, and identifying potential risks.Executing manual and automated test cases across multiple test types (functional, regression, integration, performance, security, and user acceptance).Developing and maintaining test automation scripts to support efficient and repeatable testing.Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using bug tracking tools, monitoring progress through to resolution.Analyzing business requirements and design specifications to ensure coverage and traceability in testing.Collaborating with product owners, developers, and end users to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and validate functionality.Conducting integration testing and acceptance testing to verify interoperability and completeness of components.Tracking and reporting quantitative and qualitative test results and metrics to stakeholders.Mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices in testing and QA processes.Working closely with agile/scrum teams to optimize and continuously improve software solutions.If you are passionate about quality, automation, and continuous improvement, this role will give you the opportunity to grow and directly impact enterprise-scale software solutions.Employee perks, benefits

3+ years of industry experience in software testing, including test case design, test data preparation, and test automation.
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Software Engineering or IT.

2+ years of experience with load and performance testing.

Strong experience with automation frameworks (e.g. Robot Framework, PyTest).Solid programming background in functional or object-oriented languages (Python preferred).Experience with Git or other version control systems.Knowledge of code review processes and coding standards.Experience with Linux, containers, or virtual machines.Hands-on experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with Agile methodology and delivery in an agile team environment.

Proactive, flexible, and creative problem-solving approach.
