Monitor EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems
Manage customer service levels and customer portal
Handle pre-deliveries, deliveries, transport management, and customer claims
Manage returnable packaging
Facilitate communication within the logistics department and with other departments
Analyse and manage customer orders
Negotiate delivery possibilities with customers
Prepare delivery notes and book transport
Monitor deliveries and create transport orders in SAP
Manage customer portal information

Qualifications

Experience in planning, material ordering and logistics optimization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Experience with SAP (is an advantage)
English language - B2 (German or French is an advantage, not condition)
Slovak language - fluent
