- Hunt for great sales opportunities in the EMEA Region through smart research and multi-threaded / multi-channeled outreach.
- Build connections and drive active dialogue with key decision-makers and influencers in prospective organizations.
- Reach out to potential clients via email (incl. automated sequences), LinkedIn or phone, sharing what we do, understanding their needs and pre-offering solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to streamline workflows and work accounts with a multitouch & multithread approach.
- Share valuable feedback to c-level management to improve how we talk to prospects and nurture those who are not ready to commit.
- Keep it all organized in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Mentoring and leadership by the manager, VP of Demand Generation, with career development towards either Sales or Senior/Lead BD role.
- Hunter caring about qualifying outreach and client added value.
- Demonstrated proven success in B2B business development, prospecting part of sales or similar area.
- Critical thinker, active listener, relationship builder and success seeker.
- Fluent and comfortable at conducting cold outreach via phone or email in English.
- Proactively tackles challenges and excels in independent work settings.
