Join us and our 18.000 colleagues now and together we will make the world a brighter place.What We OfferManage contract administration and develop procedures for contracts, catalogs, and smart-forms through content management systemsServe as the main point of contact for developing solutions and procedures within the requisition-to-pay processAct as a "KeyUser" for Covestro's e-Catalog solution, demonstrating expert knowledge of the systemIndependently create and maintain various content including SAP OAs, templates, catalog content, dynamic forms, user groups, and master dataCustomize and maintain procurement systems (e-catalogs) and related guidance documentationWork directly with category teams to bridge Source-to-Contract and Requisition-to-Pay processes, implementing improvements and supporting content enhancementResolve queries from business stakeholders and suppliers, providing support to system usersCommunicate content updates throughout CovestroPerform additional tasks as assigned by supervisorThe minimum salary on this position is 1880 EUR. The salary can be higher depending on the skills and experience of the candidate.What You OfferApprenticeship or comparable qualification in business administration or ITBusiness proficient English language skillsExpert knowledge in at least one SAP-Ariba module (SLP, Sourcing, Contracts, or P2O)Ability to work independently while following supervisor guidanceStrong attention to detail with effective prioritization skillsExperience managing tasks under pressure and tight deadlinesExcellent service orientation with commitment to understanding customer needsTeam-oriented with role model qualitiesAdaptable to new cultural environments and diverse teamsStrong communication skills, including effective presentation abilitiesAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders#LI-HybridYOUR APPLICATION
