As University Talent Acquisition Leader, you have a unique opportunity to join Teach for Slovakia Team, and not only develop your skills, but more importantly directly help in solving systemic inequity in education by leading our on-site in-person university recruitment at your university.WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

Proactively identifying, approaching, and explaining Teach for Slovakia program to students at your university.
Identifying and/or creating opportunities as well as annual plan at your university where Teach for Slovakia can bring valuable content and present our career opportunity for graduates.
Co-creating strategy how to build relationships with student organizations while networking and connecting your mentor/recruiter with student organizations and university leaders.
Setting your own personal strategy aligned with team's marketing goal.
Running an engaging on campus Teach for Slovakia weekly information booth.
Regularly distributing posters and flyers on a weekly basis in key locations both on and off campus.
Organizing & participating in university events and student job fairs to spread the word about Teach for Slovakia opportunities.

WHO WE LOOK FOR

Student enrolled in 4th or 5th year of university studies or recent graduate with strong student network or university organization network.
Have demonstrated leadership, sales, or networking role in their academic, professional, or extracurricular experience.
Have a passion for connecting with others and building relationships.
Inspires others through written and verbal communication.
Possess problem solving, critical thinking and project management skills.

At this role, you are onboarded and coached by a skilled professional with 10+ years of sales and recruiting experience who achieved multiple sales, recruiting, team-building and leadership awards, as well as coached top teams & top individuals in best business internship for university students in USA (according to NACE rating), successfully passed Southwestern Coaching Elite Edge program in 2020 & 2021 and was a business coach in Junior Achievement program in 2019 & 2020.
