- Participate in product development and optimization activities across the entire lifecycle
- Support the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation in accordance with company standards
- Cooperate with global engineering, testing, production, and sourcing teams
- Analyze technical challenges and contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Provide technical support for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Contribute to innovation and knowledge sharing within the engineering team
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design, or Hydraulics
- Proficiency in CAD tools (NX preferred), basic experience with PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter)
- Knowledge of design principles, GD&T, root cause analysis; Six Sigma is an advantage
- Solid English communication skills (B2 level)
- Ability to work in a global team environment and adapt to a dynamic setting
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally
