- Act as the primary point of contact for application maintenance inquiries related to Allianz Technology products in the CEE region, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Monitor the performance and availability of applications specific to the CEE region, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and disruption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes, updates, and enhancements to applications, ensuring they align with the unique needs of the CEE market.
- Manage incident resolution processes, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions for CEE-specific applications.
- Maintain detailed documentation of application configurations, changes, and maintenance activities relevant to the CEE region.
- Support the integration of new applications into the existing landscape, focusing on the seamless transition and minimal impact on users in the CEE region.
- Participate in regular reviews of application performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize functionality and user experience for CEE customers.
- Strong understanding of application maintenance processes, standards, and best practices, with specific knowledge of Allianz Technology products in the CEE region.
- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for application improvements tailored to the CEE market.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant work experience in application maintenance, support, or related disciplines, with experience in an international working environment being desirable.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use is a plus, particularly in enhancing applications for the CEE region.

- For our location in Slovakia, the minimum salary range for this position starts from EUR 2.200 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
