In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, testing, and managing promotional campaigns in the Hybris platform to ensure they are accurately displayed and optimized across all digital channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across multiple ecommerce markets to ensure promotions align with business goals and marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:

Configure and implement promotional offers and campaigns within the Hybris platform, ensuring accuracy in discount rules, eligibility criteria, and timing.
Test and validate promotions to ensure proper functionality and a seamless user experience.
Partner with developers to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to promotions.
Use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to publish, update, and optimize promotional content and banners on the website.
Support the marketing team by contributing to the creation of promotional materials such as email campaigns, social media content, and materials for sales representatives.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and help ensure consistent messaging across all digital and offline channels.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field prefered
2+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising or site operations, preferably in a B2C or B2B environment.
Background in digital marketing and content creation is a strong advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Experience with Hybris or similar ecommerce platforms; understanding of promotional configuration is a plus.
Familiarity with Content Management Systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) for managing website content and promotions is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of product and customer needs.
Strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and technical troubleshooting abilities.
Experience in managing cross-functional projects and delivering within resource and time constraints.
Strategic thinking and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate execution and testing of promotions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong planning and time management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
