- Core process strengthening,

- Ensuring that industry Benchmarking knowledge is maintained,
- Lead / Support the development of advanced-use-case Digitization applications for the Manufacturing operations.
- Operational Tactical and Strategic support for Global Rotary Component Manufacture Operations.
- Operations support - provide support / direction to production sites for Manufacturing Engineering.
- New Product Introduction (NPI) support.
- Initiate and lead MRL process.
- Equipment Supplier Management.
- Support for Capacity deployment & Capacity grow management for internal Manufacturing Processes.
- New manufacturing process introduction and deployment.
- AME Processes & People development
- Standardization of equipment & processes. Global procurement support for Equipment localization. Release and update PI&QCI.
- People Development (within the team and in the Plants)
- Product (Component) Roadmap support
- Enhancement of design for Manufacture activities via advanced manufacturing practices
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical related major.
- At 5y Manufacturing Engineering experience in the Automotive industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in precision component-manufacture processes.
- Good communication and project management skill.
- English is work language.
