Liaising with different teams across the business and using your previous related experience, you will have the business acumen to suggest a tailored social media strategy and the most appropriate solution for a client. You will be able to help brands to understand where the opportunities lie for them on social media and how to better position their business to meet customers' preferences. A significant part of your role will be delivering valuable analytic reports based on insights gathered from social listening tools.Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:

Creating social media solutions for our clients and prospects
Participating on sales calls with prospects by leading social media presentation
Presenting project updates to all levels of the company with confidence and clarity
Evaluating social media tool vendors and researching new/niche technologies in the industry
Supporting various internal teams with knowledge of the social media landscape

1 - 2 years of experience in social media with focus on driving results through effective use of analytics
Active user of various social channels and passionate about social media in general
Outgoing personality with ability to present and chair calls
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in deadline driven atmosphere
Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points

Desirable:

Experience working with popular social media monitoring tools (Google, Brandwatch, SalesForce Marketing Cloud (Radian 6), Twitter Search, Social Mention, etc) and popular social media management tools (TweetDeck, HootSuite, etc)
