- Assisting in the invoice bookings, expense claims compliance within the accounting system (odoo).
- Assisting with the reconciliation: customers, suppliers, and credit card reports,
- Supporting the preparation of statutory audit or ad-hoc projects.
- Contributing to the financial follow-up of ongoing projects, i.e., expenditure evolution report.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of financial procedures and processes.
- Providing additional support to the finance team (update of financial tools and databases, digital archiving, etc.).
- Helping with other administrative tasks when necessary.
- Bachelor or Master's degree (in accountancy, business administration, or similar field)
- Experience of minimum 6 months in administrative functions with accountancy/finance-related tasks or a similar position, ideally exposed to an international and multicultural context.
- Analytical mindset with a flair for numbers
- Fast learner with an ability to show proactivity & curiosity to learn new skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with a good knowledge of ERP, i.e., Odoo.com,and Microsoft Office suite
- Reliability and discretion.
