Podpora skladových operácií - meranie a analýza časov vychystávania, príjmu, balenia a ďalších logistických aktivít.
Identifikácia príležitostí na zlepšenie v oblasti toku materiálu, layoutu skladu a optimalizácie manipulácie.
Spracovanie návrhov na zefektívnenie procesov v rámci logistiky a distribučného centra.
Tvorba analýz a mapovanie procesov (napr. snímky pracovného dňa, hodnotové mapy toku materiálu).
Príprava reportov, prehľadov, diagramov a prezentácií.
