Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are seeking an experienced individual to lead our Global Europe Stream as the Director. The Global Europe Stream is a critical component of our organization, and the Director will play a pivotal role in shaping its future. We are looking for a dynamic leader who possesses a unique blend of skills, including intellectual entrepreneurship, strategic thinking, product management, people management, content management (specifically in the areas of foreign affairs and European policies), financial acumen, and the ability to network and engage with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development and Product Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to achieve the Global Europe Stream’s goals and objectives, aligning them with the broader mission of our organization, while also overseeing the development and management of the Steam's programmes, initiatives, and projects, including GLOBSEC's flagship events, ensuring their successful execution and delivery.People Management: Lead and inspire a team of professionals (both internal and external), fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Networking and Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and experts in the field, enhancing the stream’s reach and impact.Financial Management: Manage the budget and resources allocated to the Global Europe Stream, ensuring prudent financial planning and accountability.Employee perks, benefits
