At Siemens Energy, we are constantly seeking dedicated individuals to join the team and support our goals.This role is mainly focused on General Ledger accounting activities in relation to the shared-service center accounting activities. You will also be involved in reporting, audits, tax analysis and process improvements, alongside other ad-hoc tasks.How you'll make an impact:

Responsible for consolidation, analysis and reporting for regular (monthly, quarterly, and annual) financial statements and stay up to date with changes in internal guidelines and external accounting standards.
Plan, prepare and consolidate balance sheets and P&L statements and reports, according to relevant accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, local standards, etc.).
Analyse and evaluate assets and liabilities. Support analysis of tax obligations and recommend measures to optimise tax payments.
Complete projects concerning improvements of general financial processes.

What you bring:

Completed a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting
Professional experience in accounting within a multinational company (manufacturing industry or in an external auditing company preferred)
Knowledge of group/ hub accounting under IFRS and familiarity with populating tax rates and calculating recoverable interest rates
Background with construction contracts - PoC accounting - would be highly advantageous
Proficient user of SAP, business-fluent in English (written and spoken)
You are able to think and act in the context of complex international structures and processes
