Data Solutions Lead Financial Markets

• Lead a team of 10+ BI and data experts, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Own delivery of scalable data solutions, dashboards, and pipelines supporting Financial Markets client P&L and management reporting
• Design, implement, and maintain high-quality BI solutions using Python, PySpark, SQL, ELT processes, and Power BI
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, IT, and other FMCC teams to assess business impact and deliver actionable insights
• Drive Agile practices within the team, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and continuous improvement
• Participate in workforce planning, recruitment, and team development
• Explore and implement new technologies, including advanced analytics and AI solutions, to enhance data capabilities

• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
• Advanced knowledge of Python, PySpark, SQL, ELT, and Power BI
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data/analytics roles within an international environment
• At least 3 years of experience in team leadership
• English proficiency at C1 level
• Experience with agile methodologies and a strong results-oriented mindset, with an agile team approach
