- Initial order review and submission of orders
- Creating and maintaining customer service location records
- Ensuring timely equipment order placement with procurement, staging processing and shipping to customer premises. When necessary, working directly with external vendors, procurement and staging team.
- Scheduling of required resources for test and turn up activities and acceptance to Day 2 support
- Ensure correct and on-time billing per contract.
- SPOC for customer and customer advocates during project implementation phase and customer lifecycle orders (MACDs)
- Interact with both internal and client resources to complete provisioning tasks and negotiate implementation schedule
- Creating a project schedule to meet contractual requirements or based on customer needs.
- Identify key aspects of a problem and address them at an early state by determining the best resolution
- Escalation points for any critical milestone during the implementation/post implementation
- Responsible for overall implementation of the customer design, which includes overseeing of partnering services (i.e. transport)
- Communication skills are required including excellent English speaking and writing.
- PC literate with experience of a range of software packages. (MS Excel, Outlook, Word, Access)
- Knowledge of communication technologies and networking technologies
- Knowledge of Project Management and best practices is advantageous.
- The ability to interact on the phone with the customers and their peers during the implementation and problem determination process.
