Práve táto metóda používajúca Taguchiho prístup predstavuje systematický postup výrazne redukujúci nutný počet skúšok a umožňuje navrhovanie faktorov a podmienok nadväzných experimentov. Hlavným cieľom práce bude ďalej analýza a interpretácia získaných dát vo vzťahu k vybraným technologickým parametrom, a to ako z hľadiska fyzikálno-mechanickej interakcie nástroja s materiálom, tak z hľadiska termodynamického. Výsledkom práce potom bude predikcia formou interaktívneho analytického modelu topografickej funkcie, exaktný spôsob navrhovania optimálneho online technologického režimu delenia materiálu laserom podľa typu deleného materiálu a jeho verifikácie.Main ideas of the proposed dissertation topic:The surface topography of at least 33 samples of the laser-generated cuts will be measured in 3D, and the data will be used to develop a statistical model through the use of the DOE application. As a result of Taguchi's approach, this method reduces the number of tests required and enables the design of factors and conditions for follow-up experiments. This study aims to analyse and interpret the obtained data in relation to the selected technological parameters both from the perspective of the physical-mechanical interaction between the tool and the material, as well as from the perspective of the thermodynamics.
