Ensure availability of direct materials, balancing demand from production with reliable purchasing and stock management.
Create, send, and track purchase orders while monitoring prices, delivery dates, and quantities in line with production needs.
Plan and control inventory levels, including min/max settings, regular stock checks, and physical inventories.
Prepare forecasts and purchasing overviews, using sales and logistics inputs to support suppliers and internal planning.
Collaborate across teams and with suppliers to resolve delivery, quantity, or quality issues and keep operations on track.
What We're Looking For
Experience in purchasing, supply planning, or material administration, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong system and data skills, including SAP S/4HANA and advanced Excel.
Advanced English for daily communication; German is a plus.
A structured, reliable working style, with the ability to meet deadlines, handle pressure, and collaborate across teams.
