As a representative, you will engage with our Hungarian-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring they receive the best possible support during their interactions with us.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support to Hungarian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries related to our products and services, ensuring comprehensive and accurate responses.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and the overall customer experience.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken); English language skills are an asset.
