For more information, visit .What will your responsibilities be?Set up quotations in cooperation with Engineering, Costing, Purchasing and Operations as well as order NegotiationsManaging teams during acquisition phasesImplement modification costs/ cost proceeding in current projects and realization in the plantsFollow up on costs and offersProvision and updating of information for Customer organization, Purchasing strategies, Technical developmentDevelop and take care of business contacts to all customer departmentsActive communication regarding potential improvements / innovations regarding products and processes (towards customer; internal)Build and manage customer relationships, while communicating with other CG/PG accountants to provide consistency to the customerAct as primary customer contact, provide and update information on customer organization, purchasing strategies, technical development and customer contactsSupport customer relationship strategies within assigned projectsExecute strategy for long term customer satisfaction, market share, retained sales and overall sustained growthObserve and analyze customer demands and market development (chances and risks) in order to cluster possible programs to optimize the positioning of Adient products in the marketCollect and analyze information / data regarding customer satisfaction as well as support and follow up of improvement measuresDevelop strong customer and peer relationships that deliver value to the company and provide increased confidence/desire to work with AdientAftermarket business to develop further market research for new opportunitiesWhich qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?MS Excel Advanced level5 years minimum experience in an OEM customer facing position as an advantage with Mercedes-BenzCommercial/ technical knowledge / Experience with metal parts is an advantageUnderstanding of production/ quality processes within Automotive IndustryKnowledge of Sales and Marketing desirableFluent English skills, both spoken and writtenFluent German skills, what is the customer mother tongue, both spoken and writtenAbility to communicate and implement customer specific strategiesAbility to proactively interpret emerging customer needs and communicate competitive positioning and product gaps to the organizationAdient is committed to equal employment opportunity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
