We are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Sourcing Specialist - who :· Is communicative - and therefore prefers to interact with customers on a daily basis,· does not prefer to work from HO and prefers to solve tasks together with colleagues in one office· has completed university degree in field of Economics, Engineering or Law· experience with contract negotiations in multinational environment· is a proactive team playerWhat does the role of Sourcing Specialist consists of?· Conducting procurement procedures up to contracting for small and medium-sized tenders including the preparation of required documentation, conducting contract negotiations, ensuring contract implementation and managing the Supplier Relationship, facilitating evaluation committees· Contribute to medium or large tenders within assigned category group· Following defined sourcing process and contribute to implementation of category strategies· Contribute to monitoring of market developments, innovations and technology trends· Prepare status reports regarding sourcing activities, contribute to annual procurement planning· Apply best practice methods in order to achieve optimal results for the Company· Ensure onboarding and qualification of suppliersQualificationsWhat do we expect from you?· A university degree in field of Economics/Engineering/Law· English at a good communicative level· Hungarian at a good communicative level· 1-2+ years of procurement experience in multinational environment· MS Office user experience· analytical thinking and good communication skills· goal orientation and willingness to learn· user knowledge of SAP, ARIBA or any other ERP systemSalary: 1700€ starting basic salary.Location: Komárno
