Become a part of our dynamic Technical support team in ESET Headquarters in Bratislava, responsible for malware related and IT security oriented tasks. You will help our customers to fight cyber threats using the innovative and modern technology. In return, we will help you to learn and grow, we promise.Job descriptionYour agenda will consist of:
- Solving malware incidents
- Cleaning and retrieving samples of malware remotely from customer’s PC
- Working / cooperating on various malware oriented projects with wide variety of teams
- Maintaining ongoing projects which require regular update
- Fine tuning processes employed in malware support
- Continuously learn new IT security oriented knowledge
- At least 1 year of experience on similar position
- Insight into how PC works (networks, operating systems)
- Practical experience with malware/security issues is a plus
- Fluent English (B2) – both written and spoken
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Good communication skills
- Being responsible and reliable
- Eager to learn new things and grow in IT security field
- Problem solver and solution seeker
- Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months).
