Lean Group Coach

• You will actively support the Vaillant Group Industrial Manufacturing (VG-IM) strategical and operational targets achievement by developing a sustainable LEAN / VPS culture (VPS - Vaillant Group Production System) of continuous improvement in VG-IM.
• Your missions will be to run and develop the VPS on group level, and to support dedicated plant teams to achieve their manufacturing transformation in compliance with the group LEAN / VPS strategy.
• Your responsibility will be to assure availability of VPS/ LEAN knowledge in close cooperation with the Production Academy (update trainings, develop trainings, perform trainings).
• You will act as a LEAN coach for local VPS Coaches to further develop the LEAN skills.
• You will align VPS strategy from group to local, to assure a common group direction and “one” VPS in all plants.
• You will be requested to propose key initiatives and transformation projects to implement a culture of continuous improvement.

• You hold university degree in industrial with minimum 8 years of work-experience in production/ or manufacturing logistics.
• You already gained training- and/or coaching experience and you have strong experience in operational excellence or consulting.
• You have very good knowledge of English, ideally languages of supported plants.
• You have strong communication and leadership skills, ability to motivate people and capacity to work largely autonomous.
• You are willing to travel in EU (60%).
