Responsibility for the preparation and implementation of changes in technology and the manufactured assortment
Responsibility for the introduction of new technologies with a new product range according to the project plan
Responsibility for meeting the project goals in individual assigned projects
Responsibility for the completion of unnecessary spare parts related to the technological project according to the valid guidelines of the plant
Management of the project team composed of representatives of the departments affected by the project
Leading the implementation team during execution of the changes in technology and the manufactured products
Compliance with Project management principles
Plan the consumption of funds in accordance with the company's credit policy and cash-flow requirements
Ensure compliance with the material, time and financial plan of production projects according to the approved CAPEX requirement
To carry out their activities in accordance with internal instructions and guidelines and to adopt modern trends in the field of investments through constant study and trainingIt is temporary replacement of person on maternity/parental leave.Who are you
University degree in technical field or Technical high school education + min 3 years of experience
Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
High level of analytical skills, planning and organizing skills
Problem solving approach, ability to work methodically and be practical and logical in implementation
Flexible with high level of initiative and ambition to achieve result
Well organized, able to focus on several issues and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint) at advanced level
