Don't miss this chance to join a newly forming presence and support digital innovation for a global leader in heavy machinery!What will you do?As an UX Research Ops, you will assist in maintaining seamless and efficient UX research operations by helping to manage operational and logistical tasks, allowing researchers to focus on delivering valuable user insights. As well as:
  • Collaborating with researchers, stakeholders, and tool vendors
  • Help maintain and improve research tools, platforms and documentation
  • Contribute to improving research processes, workflows, templates, and best practices
  • Adapting to new tools and procedures in a dynamic environment
  • Support research knowledge management
This position works directly with Slovakia based engineering leadership and Cat Digital IT in the US.What you have:
  • Recently graduated a related field (graduated in 2023 or later).
  • Creativity – knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
  • Web Trends & Directions: Knowledge of web trends; ability to utilize a variety of web information and technical tools to apply web developing trends within the organizational infrastructure.
  • User Experience (UX) Research: Knowledge of methods, tools and technologies used in UX research; ability to collect and analyze data regarding user behaviors, needs, and attitudes in order to guide product development.
