- Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner (hardware, software, printers, network, etc.)
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop systems (Windows/macOS/Linux)
- Support Microsoft 365, email, VPN, and cloud-based applications
- Set up new user accounts, email, and hardware; manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Perform system updates, backups, and patch management
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
- Document issues and solutions in knowledge base for future reference
- Collaborate with other IT team members on infrastructure upgrades and security improvements
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures
- Provide basic network and server support as needed (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, file shares)
