Lead and manage a team of application engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align on business and technical requirements
Define and implement best practices for application engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team by identifying and implementing process efficiencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of projects
Transform all applications to strategic platforms through portfolio rationalization
Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing appropriate training and development opportunities

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of application engineers
Strong technical background in software development, with expertise in a range of programming languages
Deep understanding of application development methodologies and tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven track record of delivering successful software projects on time and within budget
Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
