  • Provide excellent customer support to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Croatian is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles is advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens with full support provided.
