- Interact effectively with Slovak-speaking clients to evaluate their needs and suggest customized B2B cloud solutions
- Provide informative product demonstrations and articulate the advantages of our offerings
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client service and product delivery
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product advancements to better support clients
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Experience in B2B sales and a background in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively
- A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales goals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn about cloud solutions
- Willingness to relocate within Poland as part of the employment package
