If yes, we have an attractive opportunity for you to join our Operational Excellence team!About the RoleIn this role, as Operational Excellence Specialist, you partner closely with process owners along the value chain, with the aim to actively identify improvement areas and then deliver on them by structuring, planning and leading cross-functional projects from start to completion.This all will result in lifting operational efficiency, process effectiveness, technology uptake, business growth and compliance, and ultimately contribute to our strategic business targets.Your main responsibilities will include:Leading the delivery of projects from conceptualization to implementationCollaborating with our internal clients to understand their business needs and challengesAnalyzing and assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational units, processes and servicesDefining and implementing target state operating models and processes front-to-backHelping the business in implementing solutions to achieve agreed benefitsAbout the TeamUpon getting this role, you will become a part of a dynamic, driven and diverse team of professionals spread around the globe. Your outstanding interpersonal skills allow you to engage with executives, while your welcoming and convincing personality helps you resolve issues and encourage others to move towards a common goal.Essentials:3+ years of relevant experience in projects focusing on process optimization, operational excellence, digitization, target operating model designCommercial Insurance background and International Programs knowledgeAbility to quickly assimilate to new knowledge, passionate about exploring new ways and continually seeking improvement opportunitiesStrong presentation and analytical skillsProficiency in MS Office - especially in PowerPoint and ExcelComfortable working across different regions, cultures and time zonesNice to haves:Management Consulting experienceAgile, Lean and/or Six Sigma certificationNobody is perfect and meets 100% of our requirements.
