Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Expert Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to develop and implement QA processes, conduct audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.Responsibilities:

Data Quality Framework

Develop, implement, and maintain the annual data quality framework.
Organize and chair events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions with contributors to improve data quality across the organization.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on data quality KPIs and progress against established standards.

Portal UAT Framework

Develop and implement a structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT) framework for the portal.
Coordinate test planning, execution, and reporting in collaboration with business users and technical teams.
Service Catalogue & Process Descriptions

Establish and maintain a clear Service Catalogue for the portal team.

Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field;
Minimum 9 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in data management, portals, or enterprise systems;
Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Quality Assurance Processes:

Implement, operate, and maintain QA processes within the portal team;
Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure deliverables meet defined standards and business requirements;
Ensure compliance with quality standards, guidelines, and best practices;
Promote a culture of quality through continuous improvement initiatives;
Knowledge of QA methodologies, frameworks, and tools;
Experience with UAT planning and execution;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
