Our ability to leverage customer data is however dependent on earning and keeping customers’ trust, ensuring customer preferences are honored while delivering high value experiences across Dell Technologies’ portfolio.Join us as Marketing Data Privacy Consultant on our Marketing Privacy Stewardship team within Customer Data organization in Bratislava, to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you’ll achieveAs a Marketing Data Privacy Consultant, you will be part of the Customer Data organization and you will play a key role in global compliance with Dell privacy programs by serving as the first and primary contact with the Dell business stakeholders that handle customer data regarding privacy matters. Tasked with operationalizing and sustaining data privacy requirements and leveraging a functional understanding of data usage across products and teams, you will work with the Privacy Legal Team to implement legal requirements for new products, technologies, features, campaigns, and processes.You will:

Serve as the main point of contact for Marketing stakeholders on privacy-related inquiries, providing timely, thorough responses and effectively communicating compliance positions that balance risk with business objectives.
Advise and support Marketing teams in the design and implementation of new technologies, products, processes, and vendors, while reviewing marketing requests and materials for compliance with global legal standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to complete Privacy Consults (PCs) related to Marketing technologies, products, processes, and vendors, and partner with the Legal organization to assist with the completion of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).
Draft procedures and guidelines related to Marketing Privacy activities and ensure alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and deliver tailored training programs and awareness sessions to enhance understanding of privacy obligations across Marketing teams.

Essential Requirements

Masters’s Degree in Law AND 7+ years of professional experience in the field of Data Privacy
Experience working on privacy compliance programs
Knowledge of privacy law.
Strong understanding of business and technology trends, based on experience from the technology sector
IAPP CIPP certification(s) and knowledge of privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.

Desirable Requirements

Experience with document management systems
Demonstrated experience of applying new techniques to solve business problems in unique ways
