Provide support for approx. 3,500 users across multiple countries.
Troubleshoot, debug, and manage application system errors.
Administer applications, user security, and permissions.
Coordinate with IT teams and external support for issue resolution.
Test and deploy application patches and upgrades.
Active participation in the Application Ownership (AO) meetings

Qualifications

Strong teamwork and communication skills
Problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
Experience in application support and IT projects
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
Advanced English; German is a plus
