- Provide exceptional customer support via emails
- Process account seizures (e.g., freezes, wage garnishments) in a timely and compliant manner
- Provide information on loan terms, account details, and legal matters
- Manage tickets and workflows using Zendesk and Jira
- Maintain clear and structured case documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Meet team KPIs
- Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Excellent English and German skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
- Experience in customer support
- Background in banking, legal, or financial services
- Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy standards
- Proficiency in using Zendesk and Jira
- Analytical and research skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or legal information
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
- Experience with Confluence
- Background working in regulated environments
- Fixed schedule: 9 AM – 6 PM CET
