Job Category: Operations Project Mgmt.Job Description:Role Statement:The Operational Excellence Analyst drives measurable performance improvements across EMEA Operations through data driven insights and effective Management Operating System (MOS). The role impacts Operational efficiency and decision making quality by delivering data analysis to EMEA Operations Leadership.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the deployment, execution, and continuous operation of the Management Operating System (MOS) across EMEA Operations, including cadence, data flow, and standard reporting
  • Consolidate and analyse operational performance data (quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and related KPIs) across sites
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc operational reports, dashboards, and management summaries for EMEA Operations Leadership
  • Provide governance and analytical support to Operational Excellence initiatives, including tracking actions, milestones, and benefits realization
  • Enable fact-based decision-making by translating complex datasets into clear insights, trends, and visualizations
  • Collaborate with plant teams, PMO, regional and central functions to ensure alignment, data integrity, and timely execution of MOS and OpEx activities
Job Requirements:
  • University Degree in Engineering, Economics, Industrial Management, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in operations analytics, operational excellence, or similar roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with reporting & analytics Tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI, Smartsheet or similar)
  • Ability to prepare clear, structured, and audience-appropriate presentations and reports
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong audience-centric communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to operational and leadership audiences
