- Project manage specific projects at the ICR level including the coordination of transformational projects such as EVP, SM 2.0, CRM 2.0 across ICR and the wider international team.
- Support the HoICR with team management and communications including reporting and preparation of specific presntations
- Support the ICR team by building strong transversal relationships with peers in regions and central teams - especially sales, presales, products and marketing, finance, GDO etc
- Monitor and suggest changes to the team and its ways of working to improve efficiency and productivity
- Transformation
- follow and steer the integration and development of teams within the ICR function - covering all its different aspects and relationships with the relevant internal partners (Management team, HR, Finance, Communication…) to ensure progress
- support HoICR and International leaders when working on transformational projects for the wider international team
- make suggestions and recommendations on streamlining key business processes and activities as well as content, eg implementation of agile methodologies
- research on various topics (eg while preparing compelling presentations for events) + share with the team
- Project management
- manage and run specific projects especially those which are transversal across ICR and with the regions
- closely monitor and follow up on actions and deliverables from the various ICR stakeholders to ensure proper empowerment, timeliness and ability to meet overall deadlines
- run various ad-hoc analysis on topics of relevance for the HoICR
- Communication and management support
- integrate and develop documentation for the HoICR when meeting with internal & external ”customers” (coordinating input when multiple stakeholders are involved)
- analyze and evaluate documentation and inputs to the HoICR, to ensure quality and value add work
- run management team meetings & workshops (including those with the regions) for HoICR or team members with/without external consultants, following up on actions and progress
- act as the central registry for CGM-relevant approvals at ICR management level
- manage ongoing operational communication activities with the support of ICR internal communications team, including weekly management team calls + teams spaces + All Hands Calls
- support the HoICR to plan and steer budgets and headcounts working with our partners in finance and HR
- Managing transversally and cross functionally
- Manage the ICR governance and ensure consistent and positive working relationships with appropriate internal interfaces (transversal / business partners / heads of regions / heads of sales, presales, products and marketing functions) to ensure effectiveness in the organization and help achieve overall alignment to defined practices and objectives
- collaborate closely with international and other PMO counterparts on various deliverables to ensure alignment and quality work
- act as ICR SPOC on centrally-led programs at Orange Business or Orange Business International level
- People Management:
- Does not have direct reports, acts on behalf of the Head of International Commercial Readiness to coordinate activities across their direct and indirect reports. This could be global in nature when supporting activities involving the regions and could cut across functional boundaries.
- Financial:
- does not have individual budget but supports the Head of International Commercial Readiness to steward the team's budget and headcount.
