- Helping to reshape our global 4C Performance Enablement framework for more than 8,000 colleagues across both Consulting, Managed Services and Corporate Services
- Coordination of the Mid-Year and Year End process which includes:
- Creation of detailed timelines and stakeholder responsibilities
- Creating the submission files, templates, user guides and other collateral
- Helping to develop global employee communications and supporting regions with variations as needed
- Working with the Performance App team to ensure data integrity within the App
- Creating overviews e.g. of ratings / promo numbers etc. for the purpose of global review and approval by senior stakeholders including P&R Lead, CHRO, COO, CFO & CEO
- Ownership of the Performance App
- Formulating global requirements to drive the roadmap, attending regular calls with the App developer team
- Help to ensure consistent use and interpretation of the App and its data amongst regional teams
- Undertaking testing, App user documentation, training and Hub collateral
- Develop use cases for the increased adoption of Ai in our performance processes e.g. PE Chatbot roll-out
- Act as the central Corporate Services contact for PE processes
- Managing the Year End and Mid-Year process for CS
- Developing comms, delivering briefing calls / training for employees and managers
- Consolidating data and creating overviews for CS Functional leads
- Setting up and moderating calibration meetings and promo panels
- Reviewing CS promotion cases and providing feedback to managers
- Support the Performance & Reward CoE lead with the development or procurement, configuration, and implementation of new global employee programs e.g. recognition platform
- Experience of working within a fast-paced Consulting organisation
- Prior experience of developing performance frameworks and KPI / OKR design
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities are essential
- Experienced in managing large, complex datasets in Excel, modelling a variety of scenarios to differentiate outcomes dependent on a variety of inputs
- Experience of data visualization tools such as Tableau is desirable but not essential
- Able to build rapport quickly and work with a variety of stakeholders including Partners, CS Function leads, HRD's etc. as well as with 3rd party providers and vendors
- Must possess high levels of attention to detail but also be able to work at pace, navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities and stakeholders concurrently
- Must be able to demonstrate the flexibility to work in a global role, with stakeholders across multiple regions
- Fluent written and spoken “business English” is essential
