- Build a full delivery map of our solutions, lifecycle, governance, and escalation paths
- Join ceremonies as primary delivery owner on at least one active Francophone project
- Identify top delivery risks and propose mitigation plans
- Align delivery rhythm with Professional Services
- Build relationships with French-speaking client counterparts
- Lead at least one complex delivery end-to-end
- Run governance (steering, risk reviews, change control) in French
- Drive cross-team alignment and unblock critical issues
- Improve delivery playbooks and tooling
- Act as communication bridge between Francophone clients and internal teams
- Lead multiple concurrent projects or a larger program across Francophone markets
- Handle escalations and course-correct delivery
- Bridge technical and non-technical audiences in French and English
- Mentor within Professional Services
- Support bids for new Francophone opportunities
- Be a trusted delivery partner for key Francophone clients
- Deliver measurable value balancing scope, time, cost, and quality
- Influence product evolution through delivery insights
- Raise delivery standards across the team
- Become the go-to PM for Francophone markets
- Fluent French (C1 or native)
- Proven experience delivering complex software projects (B2B or B2G)
- Strong scope, risk, and stakeholder management
- Cross-functional delivery experience
- Fluency in English (at least solid B2 as this is our company language)
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- University education in a technology field or equivalent experience
- Experience in Francophone Africa (government, elections, identity)
- Experience with nationally critical projects
- On-site delivery in challenging environments
- Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese)
- Familiarity with biometric or identity systems
- Bratislava, Slovakia or Marocco
- Hybrid 3+2 or 2+3 (if Bratislava-based)
- Willingness to travel up to 20–30%, including Francophone African countries
- Introduction Stage - Recruiter Screen (30 min)
- Team Interview Stage ~3-hour case-based interview (part in French)
