We are looking for an experienced UiPath Cloud Architect / Engineer to join our sister company Millennium, where you will lead the transition from on-prem Orchestrator to UiPath Automation Cloud and help deliver the next generation of AI-powered automations.You will design, implement, and operate a secure, observable, and cost-efficient cloud platform, while coaching developers on best practices for modern, cloud-first automation.This is a hands-on technical role that combines architecture, delivery, and enablement - ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic design and practical implementation. Lead the migration from on-prem Orchestrator to Automation Cloud - planning, testing, PROD cutover, rollback, and post-go-live audit.
Define the tenant & access model (folders, accounts, RBAC, SSO) with strong security and least-privilege principles.
Build monitoring and observability using UiPath Insights and Orchestrator dashboards (SLOs, alerts, reporting).
Implement CI/CD pipelines for packages and configurations (Git-based).
Deliver AI Agents built in UiPath Agent Builder under AI Trust Layer governance (policies, model evaluation, and traceability).
Integrate systems using UiPath Integration Service and secure connection management.
Coach developers on cloud-native automation patterns (queue-centric design, long-running workflows, human-in-the-loop).

Personality assumptions and skills

5-8 years of experience in enterprise RPA/automation using UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and Assistant.
Proven experience with on-prem → Automation Cloud migration.
Deep understanding of Automation Cloud administration (tenants, folders, accounts, robot provisioning, licensing).
Experience building and maintaining monitoring, dashboards, and SLOs in UiPath Insights or similar tools.
Delivered at least one AI-assisted automation or UiPath Agent Builder project into production under governance (AI Trust Layer or equivalent).
Programming skills in Python or JavaScript (C# is a plus).
Familiarity with REST APIs and Git-based CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / SSO and network-proxy configurations for UiPath Robots.
Infrastructure-as-Code mindset and automation of deployments.
Experience with UiPath Integration Service custom connectors, Action Center, or Test Manager.
