About the roleIn this role, you will sharpen your expertise in multi-channel sales engagement and lead qualification within a global B2B environment while preparing for future leadership opportunities in sales.
  • Serve as the primary engine for company growth by transforming marketing-generated interest into high-value qualified opportunities.
  • Rigorous follow-up on high-value, engaged prospects daily to identify the broader buying group and map out stakeholders.
  • Execute sophisticated multi-channel engagement strategies to nurture prospects, ensuring a steady flow of meetings for closing sales teams.
  • Provide structured feedback to marketing teams to optimize campaigns and improve sales enablement assets.
  • Take full ownership of the lead lifecycle, managing handoffs to Account Executives once opportunities are qualified.
  • Master and utilize the technology stack, including Salesforce for lead tracking, Outreach for multi-channel sequences, and Microsoft Teams for internal coordination.
  • Communicate effectively in English; proficiency in German is a valuable asset.
  • Demonstrate resilience and emotional intelligence in a high-intensity outreach environment.
About youThe ideal candidate for the Sales Development Representative role will possess a proven track record in a B2B sales or SDR role, particularly within the tech sector. You should have the ability to distill complex technical solutions into clear and compelling value propositions for C-suite stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but we value demonstrated success in meeting activity targets and adapting to the IT B2B landscape above all.Your professional skills:
  • Proven track record in a previous SDR or B2B sales role, specifically within the tech sector.
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical solutions into clear value propositions for executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • Experience with Outreach or similar sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Outlook 365 and Teams for communication and coordination.
