Account Manager - Gated & Off-Street Parking SolutionsAbout the roleWe're looking for a driven Account Manager to grow our presence in the off-street and access-controlled parking sector. This role is all about expanding MPP coverage, driving adoption, and managing key customer relationships-particularly with private parking operators and Access Solution Providers (ASPs).You'll combine strong sales instincts with technical understanding, acting as a trusted advisor to customers while supporting ASPs through the lifecycle of Access Controlled Parking (ACP) installations. If you enjoy solution selling, building business cases, and spending time with customers in the field, this role is for you.Expect regular travel (approx. 60% of your time, around 3 days per week), with the remainder focused on preparation, follow-up, and internal coordination.What you'll be responsible forStrategic Sales & Business DevelopmentDrive growth, coverage, and adoption of MPP solutions in off-street parkingIdentify and develop new business opportunities within access-controlled environmentsBuild compelling business cases that demonstrate clear customer valueAccount & Relationship ManagementManage and grow relationships with existing customers and private operatorsDevelop strong partnerships with Access Solution Providers and consult them on ACP challengesAct as a key point of contact for stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadershipSolution Selling & ProposalsLead solution design, proposal development, and commercial negotiationsAdapt concepts and solutions to meet specific customer and site requirementsSupport ASPs during implementation phases with basic project management oversightSales Administration & ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)Track opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities consistentlyEnsure follow-up is proactive, structured, and timelyWhat you bringExperience & EducationBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)5-7+ years of proven experience in sales and account managementBackground in the parking industry, access control solutions, or related technology sectorsTechnical & Commercial SkillsStrong understanding of gated parking solutions, parking management systems, and ACP technologiesAbility to present clear, data-driven business casesConfident negotiator with strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsPersonal AttributesEnergetic, proactive, and highly motivated with a strong follow-up mindsetSolution-oriented and results-drivenComfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal teamsTools & LanguagesProficient with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), Google Workspace, and sales toolsFluent in the local language and professionally proficient in EnglishWhy join us?Work in a growing, technology-driven segment of the parking industryOwn your accounts and have real impact on business growthCollaborate with industry experts, ASPs, and leadership teamsEnjoy a role that balances field engagement with strategic planning
