For more information, visit .At Adient, we are proud to offer hybrid working to our employees, which involves being able to work remotely for up to 3 days per week based on the agreement within specific department.What will your responsibilities be?Develop and review product cost details: material usage, material cost, equipment requirements, labor requirements, cycle times, tooling and capital requirements for new business or changes to current businessTechnical interests and a desire to understand how things workReview complex bill of materials for reasonablenessReview manufacturing assumptions for reasonablenessCapacity to bring financial perspective to costing dataSet targets of purchased itemsSupport purchasing price negotiations as required through make/buy and target setting exercisesAbility to bridge financial dataActively contribute to departmental initiatives/process improvements to enhance the overall department’s effectivenessClosed collaboration with the manufacturing plantsWhich qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?University degree (Bachelor/Master, Finance, Business, or Engineering desired)Experience in the automotive industry is advantage, automotive seating a plusEnglish language is a must, German language is advantageGood computer skills, i.e., MS Office, especially Excel and Teamcenter applicationsProven interpersonal and teamwork skillsOccasional travel requiredWhich benefits do we offer?Base monthly salary starting from 2150 EUR gross.
